研究数据显示,主食以外摄入的糖分(比如焙烤食品、加工食品、方便食品以及含糖饮料)等占绝大多数美国成人糖类总摄入量的10%,1/10美国人摄入糖类超过25%。

在对入选人群基线水平进行校正之后,与主食以外摄入的糖分占比小于10%的人群相比,摄入添加糖分占比10%-24.9%的人群与前者相比,心血管病死亡风险比为1.3(95%可信区间为1.09-1.55)。分析显示,主食以外摄入糖分占总糖类摄入10%-25%之间的人群,其心血管疾病死亡风险增加30%;主食以外摄入糖分占比高于25%的人群,相对风险增高几乎近三倍。

点评:

加利福尼亚大学Laura Schmidt在对本篇文章进行点评时指出,此前人们认为高糖摄入仅仅是不健康饮食以及肥胖的标志;然而目前研究发现,高糖饮食除了是心血管疾病的独立危险饮食以外,也与其他慢性疾病,包括糖尿病、肝硬化、痴呆、胰岛素抵抗存在相关性。高糖饮食不仅使人变胖,还使人生病。
