研究共纳入30名参与者,分为3组,IV期、C级牙周炎(IV-C);III期、B级牙周炎(III-B)和对照组参与者(每组10名),检测牙周组织上皮和固有层中CD4、CD25和FOXP3(Treg免疫标志物)阳性细胞的存在和分布情况。采用Fisher's LSD检验后的双因素方差分析分析组间的差异和免疫标志物的差异;采用Student's t检验来检测上皮和固有层之间的差异。
结果发现, IV-C和III-B型牙周炎组的免疫标记细胞均呈现高比例,与对照组具有统计学差异。并且,III-B型牙周炎中检测到的CD25+和FOXP3+细胞数量明显高于IV-C型牙周炎(P<0.05)。
结果提示,Tregs可能参与IV-C和III-B型牙周炎患者的骨免疫机制,对牙槽骨再生的临床应用具有一定的帮助。
