背景：坏疽性脓皮病（pyoderma gangrenosum，PG）是一种慢性、坏死性、溃疡性、瘢痕性、疼痛性皮肤病。好发于30～40岁的男性，面部、肩部、背部是常见部位。诊断主要依赖于临床表现。炎性丘疹、脓疱、结节，迅速形成潜行性溃疡，剧烈疼痛，应考虑本病。患者在手术后出现坏疽性脓皮病的风险与PG史之间的关联是未知的。目的：本研究旨在在既往出现过PG（即存在PG史）的患者中量化手术后PG复发/恶化的风险，以及确定患者/手术相关的危险因素。方法：这是一项回顾性研究，研究人员回顾了2000年-2015年间布里格姆妇女医院和马萨诸塞州总医院明确诊断的PG患者，评估了其中所有经历手术的患者的术后PG复发/恶化的可能性。结果：在15.1% (n=25) 名患者中，5.5%（n =33例）的手术导致了PG复发。与皮肤活检相比，小的开放性手术后PG复发/恶化的调整比值比（aOR）为8.65（1.55，48.33）；大型开放性手术后PG复发/恶化的调整比值比（aOR）为5.97（1.70，21.00）；莫氏显微外科手术/皮肤切除术后PG复发/恶化的调整比值比（aOR）为6.47（1.77，23.61
