全国首例“虚拟医生”在浙江海宁上岗

“最近血压量过吗?”“有,但有点低。”“酒喝吗?”“没有。”“糖尿病是不能喝酒的,酒一定不能碰。”作为全国首家“虚拟医生”应用医院,海宁市中心医院“虚拟医生”昨天正式上岗,当地市民黄金友成为首位接受电话随访的就诊者。

“电话是内科副主任应晓君的‘虚拟助手’打来的。没想到,我回答的问题它都能听懂,还会记录下来反馈给医生!”这次“初体验”,让黄金友实实在在感受到了智能医疗的便捷与神奇。更高兴的是,医生告诉他,等系统再成熟点,今后他健康方面有什么问题,只要拨打指定电话,能随时随地咨询。“实在太智能了!”黄金友连连赞叹。

记者也在现场体验了“虚拟医生”的随访服务。电话铃声响起,一个仿真人声会在约3分钟的通话内,提问内容涉及血压、血脂情况、日常饮食等系列健康问题。完成随访后,病人的回答将通过“医疗服务助理机器人平台”留下“语音+文字”的实时记录。经技术人员审核,信息会反馈到主治医师处,一旦存在异常,将以“随访记录”形式体现。

目前,该院已将“虚拟医生”与HIS系统数据打通,在内分泌科、神经外科和呼吸内科3个科室同步试点。病人来院就诊后留下的门诊记录、诊疗记录等,都会被“虚拟医生”记住。根据不同科室特点,调整不同的回访时间,与患者进行远程电话交流,收录患者对于症状的描述,自动处理并生成结构化数据,为医生提供就诊方案。在减轻医生压力的同时,提高患者复诊率。

很多人好奇,为何是一家二甲医院率先在全国作出大胆试水?“从地图上看,williamhill asia 医院所在的长安镇距离海宁市区和杭州,都至少需要40分钟的车程。‘虚拟医生’的启用,不仅能有效提升病人就医特别是复诊的针对性和有效性,加强病人和医生之间的互动,更重要的,能够进一步打破医患间的时空‘壁垒’,为优质医疗资源的进一步有效下沉,构建更便捷、通畅的渠道。”海宁市中心医院院长陈旭东说。
