PLoS Genet:喝凉水都胖?慢跑是打败“肥胖基因”理想的运动

一说减肥,怎么也离不开运动,不过哪种运动最利于减肥,能有助于打败自己喝口凉水都长肉的“胖基因”?是骑自行车,游泳,还是什么?

一项台湾超出1.8万人的研究给出了答案:慢跑。

研究显示,只要规律运动,就要比不运动的人有更低的体重指数(体重与身高平方比),即使是那些有“肥胖基因”的人。

不过就对抗肥胖而言,有一项运动从众多运动类型中脱颖而出,那就是慢跑。

研究者发现,虽然一样有“肥胖基因”,但经常慢跑的人比喜欢进行其他类型运动的人,要更苗条,即体重指数更低、体脂百分比更低、腰更细、臀围更小。

如果实在不喜欢慢跑,还能做什么运动能有效对抗“肥胖基因”?

研究也回答了这个问题:爬山、散步、快步疾走、跳交谊舞以及时间较长的瑜伽都管用。

研究还发现,骑自行车、游泳、伸展运动、以及跟着跳舞机跳舞等均没有上述运动类型对抗肥胖的好功效。

有人也许会问撸铁、打球不行吗?研究者很抱歉地表示,因为这项研究中参加这些运动的人较少,不能明确。

“虽然遗传因素对一个人胖不胖很有影响,但不同类型的运动是可以改变这个问题。”研究者强调。

也就是说,你命由你不由天。

这项研究共纳入18424位30~70岁的有规律运动的汉族受试者,其血样均进行了基因检测。其中量度一个人胖不胖还采用了不同的“尺子”,比如体重指数、体脂百分比、腰围和臀围等。
