密歇根州立大学发表在《Blood》杂志上的一项新研究表明,凝血蛋白——纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen)可能是导致这种情况发生的关键。

“williamhill asia 发现,手术后纤维蛋白原在剩余肝脏内迅速积累,并告诉第一反应者血小板触发最早的再生阶段,”兽医学院病理学教授James Luyendyk说。“但如果纤维蛋白原或血小板受到抑制,再生就会延迟。”

血小板是帮助血栓和止血的血细胞。从纤维蛋白原获得信息后,血小板开始行动并在肝脏的其余部分积累以帮助增加完全功能性肝脏恢复机会。

Luyendyk和他的研究小组从接受了肝脏切除的患者和与之类似的小鼠模型中提取样本,发现当纤维蛋白原水平较低时,肝脏中的血小板数量减少。

“这表明纤维蛋白原沉积极其重要,直接影响小鼠和人类的肝脏再生,”Luyendyk说。

据文章合着者Dafna Groeneveld博士后说,他们的发现也说明纤维蛋白原可能是医生的一个预测指标。“测量肝切除患者中这种蛋白质含量,可以帮助williamhill asia 提前确定器官是否能够成功再生,或出现功能紊乱,”她说。

而且,这可能导致新治疗方法,通过使用纤维蛋白原浓缩物,帮助医生在手术中纠正过低的蛋白质水平。
