休闲体育活动强身,职业体育运动伤身!

闲暇时间进行体育锻炼与降低血管疾病和全因死亡率的风险有关,而职业体育锻炼与心血管疾病和全因死亡率的风险的关系尚不清楚

Holtermann等人提出这样一个假设:闲暇时间进行体育锻炼可减少主要的不良心血管事件(MACE)和全因死亡风险,但职业体育锻炼会增加这些风险,并开展相关研究对该假设进行验证,研究结果于近日发表在《欧洲心脏杂志》“European Heart Journal”上。

在哥本哈根普通人群研究中,Holtermann等研究了104046名年龄在20-100岁之间的女性和男性,并在2003-2014年进行了基线测量,并进行了10年随访。闲暇和职业体育活动均基于自我报告,并具有四个相应类别。

总体上,研究人员共观察到了7913(7.6%)例MACE事件和9846(9.5%)例全因死亡。与低强度闲暇时间体育活动相比,中等、高强度和超高强度的闲暇时间体育活动的经多变量校正的MACE的风险比分别是0.86(95% CI 0.78-0.96)、0.77(0.69-0.86)和0.85(0.73-0.96);更高强度的职业体育活动对应的风险比分别是1.04(0.95-1.14)、1.15(1.04-1.28)和1.35(1.14-1.59)

各种活动水平的MACE和全因死亡风险

对于全因死亡率,较高强度的闲暇时间体育活动的相应风险比分别是0.74 (0.68–0.81)、0.59 (0.54–0.64)和0.60 (0.52–0.69);更高强度的职业体育活动对应的风险比分别是1.06 (0.96–1.16)、1.13 (1.01–1.27)和1.27 (1.05–1.54)

当排除在随访的前5年内死亡的个体时,在有关生活方式、健康、生活条件和社会经济因素的分层中也发现了类似的结果。在MACE风险或全因死亡方面,身体活动的两个领域水平之间没有相互作用。

综上,本研究表明,较高强度闲暇时间体育获得与MACE和全因死亡风险降低相关,但更高强度的职业体育活动与MACE和全因死亡风险升高相关
