别睡了!睡眠过多!乳腺癌风险增加20%!

又到了出了被窝都是远方,起床都是背井离乡的冬日了,可是如果我说多睡增加乳腺癌风险,那你还敢赖床吗?这可不是危言耸听,而是来自两项实实在在的大型研究。结果表明:早晨状态更好的女性患乳腺癌的风险可能会降低,而多睡则会增加乳腺癌风险。

近年来,睡眠和昼夜节律一直是研究热点,它影响着人类健康。近日的两项大规模数据分析研究表明:

早晨状态更好的女性患乳腺癌的风险可能会降低。

该研究结果发布在英国格拉斯哥举行的2018年国家癌症研究所癌症会议(NCRI)上。

英国布里斯托尔大学癌症研究英国综合癌症流行病学项目研究员和英国布里斯托尔大学MRC综合流行病学研究所的Rebecca Richmond博士及其同事收集了180,215名参加英国生物银行项目的女性和国际乳腺癌协会联盟(BCAC)开展的全基因组乳腺癌关联研究的228,951名女性的数据。值得一提的是,该联盟迄今为止收集了迄今为止获得的关于乳腺癌女性的最大遗传数据。

为了研究睡眠模式和乳腺癌风险的关系,该团队使用了一种称为孟德尔随机化的方法,这种方法可以确定疾病的因果风险因素,因为与睡眠特征相关的遗传变异不太可能受到任何外部或环境因素的影响,也不会受到癌症发展的影响,可以最大限度地减少潜在混淆变量的影响:

孟德尔随机分析包括来自BCAC的122,977例乳腺癌和105,974例未患乳腺癌的妇女(对照组)的数据,分析显示:

早晨状态好的“云雀型”女性,患乳腺癌的风险比那些晚上状态好的“猫头鹰型”的人低40%。

此外,结果还显示:

睡眠时间超过推荐的每晚7-8小时的女性患乳腺癌风险较高,每多睡一小时,风险就增加20%。

英国生物银行数据分析也有着类似结果,对英国生物银行女性(2,740例新发乳腺癌病例和149,064例对照)的数据进行分析,结果相似:

作为云雀而不是猫头鹰,乳腺癌风险降低了48%。

根据大约85,000名英国生物银行参与者佩戴的运动监测器进行客观的睡眠测量评估,研究人员还发现了一些证据表明睡眠持续时间增加和睡眠碎片化对乳腺癌的影响,然而,英国生物银行的这些数据显示睡眠持续时间与乳腺癌之间相互作用的证据较少。
