JCEM:阿司匹林或能增加有流产史女性的成功怀孕几率

日前,一项刊登在国际杂志the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism上的研究报告中,来自美国国立卫生研究院的研究人员通过研究发现,每日低剂量的阿司匹林或能有效帮助曾经流产过的女性成功怀孕妊娠。这些因阿司匹林获益的女性机体中含有较高水平的C反应蛋白(CRP),这种蛋白是血液中能够指示机体整个系统炎症的特殊蛋白,而阿司匹林被认为能够有效中和这种炎症反应。

文章中,研究人员对来自“阿司匹林对怀孕和生育影响试验”( EAGeR)计划中的原始数据进行分析,这项计划的研究目的在于确定是否每日低剂量的阿司匹林能够有效抑制有一次或两次流产史的女性发生流产。

这项研究中,研究人员将所研究的女性分为三类,低CRP组(每升血液中CRP低于0.70mg)、中等CRP组(每升血液中CRP水平在0.70-1.95mg之间)以及高水平CRP组(每升血液中CRP水平在1.95mg以上),每组对象每日都摄入低剂量的阿司匹林或安慰剂;通过分析,研究者发现,在低水平CRP组和中等水平CRP组的女性个体中,摄入阿司匹林和安慰剂后个体怀孕后婴儿的出生率之间并无明显差异,但对于高水平CRP组个体而言,摄入安慰剂的女性怀孕后婴儿的出生率较低,仅为44%,而每日摄入低水平阿司匹林的女性怀孕后婴儿的出生率则为59%。

研究者表示,当分别在怀孕第8周、第20周以及第36周对女性机体CRP水平进行测定时,阿司匹林似乎能够有效降低高水平CRP组个体机体中CRP的水平;当然后期研究中研究人员还需要进行更为深入的研究来证实当前的研究发现,同时研究者也希望能够检测炎性对于即将要怀孕以及怀孕中女性个体的潜在影响。
