最近的一些临床研究表明循环中3-羧基-4-甲基-5-丙基-2-呋喃丙酸(CMPF)水平在妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)、糖耐量受损(IGT)、2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中显著升高。

近日,Scientific reports 杂志上发表了一篇研究文章,研究人员共招募了516名参与者。包括了以下的患者人群:99例新诊断的T2DM患者,219例糖尿病前期患者[82例单纯糖耐量受损(I-IGT)的患者,66例单纯空腹血糖受损(I-IFG)的患者和71例糖耐量受损和空腹血糖受损(IGT+IFG)的患者],以及198例糖耐量正常[NGT,包括99例2型糖尿病一级亲属(FDRs)和99例非FDRs]的参与者。

研究人员检测了不同糖代谢状态受试者循环中CMPF的水平,并评估了CMPF水平和细胞功能之间的潜在联系。

该研究的结果表明相比于NGT组,在糖尿病前期、T2DM和FDRs组血浆中CMPF水平显著升高。此外,血清CMPF浓度分别与甘油三酯水平和stumvoll第一时相胰岛素分泌指数呈独立的负相关。

总之,该研究结果表明,循环中CMPF水平可以预测糖脂代谢紊乱。此外,血清CMPF浓度升高可确定高血糖症和β细胞功能障碍。
