Aesthet Surg J:富含血小板的纤维蛋白基质对皮肤再生的影响:分脸研究

尽管富含血小板的纤维蛋白基质(PRFM)在面部年轻化方面的应用越来越普遍,但目前并没有研究评估其对皮肤质量的影响。近日,发表于 Aesthet Surg J的一项为期12周的随机、安慰剂对照试验评估了PRFM对Canfield VISIA肤色分析系统测量的皮肤质量改善的影响。

该研究在一个单一的中心进行,采用分脸对比设计,共纳入了30名患者,平均[标准差]年龄为49.9[13.9]岁。受试者一侧脸部的颊中部和鼻唇沟处接受PRFM注射,对侧面部接受生理盐水注射。主要结果是每组患者在6周和12周时,治疗前和治疗后的VISIA皮肤总分的差异。此外,研究人员还计算了每个皮肤参数的子分数的变化。

结果显示,6周时,PRFM组的VISIA总分(四分位数范围)的中位数变化为-1.77(2.36),生理盐水组为-0.73(2.09)(P = 0.003)。两组之间得分变化明显不同的唯一皮肤参数是皮肤的质地(P = 0.004)。12周时,PRFM组的中位数得分变化为-1.31(3.26),生理盐水组为-0.76(2.21)(P = 0.34)。任何单个皮肤参数的得分变化都没有统计学意义。

综上所述,该研究结果表明,与安慰剂相比,PRFM可以有效改善患者的皮肤质量。皮肤质地是唯一明显改善的皮肤参数,这与PRFM作为填充剂的作用一致,而且这些有益的改善结果可以持续至少6周。但是,PRFM对色斑、细纹和毛孔的影响仍不清楚。应该注意的是,PRFM目前尚未被美国食品和药物管理局批准用于面部年轻化。
