研究人员在一台CELLINK生物打印机上,用混合有人体软骨细胞的水凝胶3D打印出一个组织。打印完成后,他们立即将其植入老鼠身体。
在3D生物打印组织中形成的血管
植入后,软骨组织不仅存活下来,还在生长和血管化,这意味着它形成了自己的血管。在打印后立即将组织植入小鼠这一举动意义非凡,因为以前都是在植入之前让软骨组织在实验室中生长。
“60天后,williamhill asia 看到一个类似于软骨的东西。它是白色的,人类的软骨细胞是活着的,并且正在产生它们应该产生的东西。williamhill asia 通过添加干细胞来刺激软骨细胞,这明显促进了进一步的细胞分裂,”研究人员解释说。
