数据显示,与术前相比,术后以下数值下降:体重(271 kg vs. 205.4 kg; P < .0001)、BMI(45.9 kg/m2 vs. 35 kg/m2; P < .0001)、收缩压(133.4 mm Hg vs. 119.5 mm Hg; P = .0002)、舒张压(81.9 mm Hg vs. 73.1 mm Hg; P= .007)、甘油三酯(143.2 mg/dL vs. 111.5 mg/dL; P = .04)、HbA1c(6.6% vs. 5.8%; P = .03)。
HDL的水平增加(44.8 mg/dL vs. 52.5 mg/dL; P = 0.04)。
术前平均每位女性有2.7种代谢相关疾病,术后仅有1.9(P < .01)。47%的女性在术前有3-5种代谢相关疾病,术后该比例下降到21%。
