背景:目前已知高体重指数(BMI)和饮酒是肝癌的明确危险因素。本项研究的目的是在全球和国家层面描述高BMI和酒精摄入对肝癌相关死亡的影响。

方法:高BMI和饮酒的肝癌相关死亡率数据是从全球疾病负担数据库中收集的。研究人员估计的平均百分比变化用于量化肝癌年龄标准化死亡率(ASMR)趋势。

结果:2017年,全球约有819435例与肝癌相关的死亡。在研究期间,整体ASMR从每100000的4.42增加到每100000的5.17。在全球和大多数国家,归因于高BMI的肝癌ASMR持续增加。在研究期间,与酒精使用相关的肝癌死亡率每年降低0.17%。

结论:高BMI相关肝癌死亡率的增加表明目前williamhill asia 对超重的关注很少,应该加以重视。
